Title: I've always wondered how legal we all are.

Do you think this applies to reproductions?  I know parodies are protected but other then that you could very well take down the whole video game related side of the internet.

Ron Gilbert didn't complain when he saw my Maniac Mansion map; in fact, he even posted a link to it on his Grumpy Gamer blog about the same time the traffic shot up by about a gazillion percent in March 2005.  :P

it's only illegal when they finally catch jonleung driving his official vgmaps ferrarri.  Luckily, it's in his momma's name.
