I stumbled upon a map for an old game I used to play - "Govellius" from the sega master system.

I used this map and substantially labeled it, including fixing a few bits missing information.  However, it created by someone whose email address appears to no longer be used (although it is still valid, but who uses hotmail anymore).  The original map creator's site did say the map can be used on other sites as long as it's linked back to his (

Under guidelines, can I submit it?  Or do I have to go through the long process of creating a totally new map?
