I don't even know what it does beside being a novelty. Does it mean if I act like an ass until I'm banned, I get to come back good as new ;) ?

I wonder if the higher up you go a 'Send electric bolt to user' becomes available. We can choose to terminate someone at will, but you can just come back from the dead. Freaky. Just come back before worms take up residence.
