I heard about this game months ago, but ever since this year's E3, Scribblenauts hype is in full effect.  A game where you can summon anything in the dictionary?  Awesome.

-Trailer 2 @ GameTrailers.com

-"God Vs. The Kraken" video, demonstrating the extensive vocabulary

-a bit on "Post 217", which spawned the above picture, which is now an item in the game

-an article about it @ British Gaming

If that dinosaur can wear a saddle and spit out turtle shells, I will buy this game.

Well, typing in "Space Dragon" summons something that looks a lot like Ridley, so maybe typing in "Cute Dragon" (or "Cute Dinosaur"?) might summon something that looks like Yoshi.

Since "Longcat" is in the game, I wouldn't put it past them to put in something Yoshi-like (Yoshiish?)...

Not to spoil your hype or anything, but that "Space Dragon" picture was (quite sadly) just a piece of fan art. :(

It's still cool even without Ridley.

I don't think that dictionary is full.  Indiana Jones actually works and isn't in that list.  So much for no proper nouns huh?

*EDIT* Never mind, the same person appears for just "Jones", although I still don't see it in the list.  RICHIE JONES
 is different.
