Title: Ice Climber
Post by: Rew on May 24, 2008, 02:26:28 pm
Even though I've never been a Smash Bros. fan previously, now Brawl is getting me hooked on it. It's also gotten me thinking about old games that are represented in the game. And I'm surprised there's no Ice Climber maps here yet (unless I'm just completely blind or something).

Is anyone thinking about taking that one on? Since it's an NES title, it seems like it would be a pretty simple one to do (for those who know how to map, that is).

This isn't any major request or anything. More of a curiosity thing. =0)

I have already in the next ten minutes mapped a couple of stages. I'm on it. Tell me Rew how many stages are there? If I'm lucky I'll be able to get this done and submitted in next week, no matter if it isn't major. I'm sure you'll thank me in advance.

The game has 32 stages, all of which can be accessed from the title screen iirc.

I am already halfway finished mapping the game. Tell me Rew, do you want the maps to be individual so that you see them one by one or would it be better to put them 32 in 1 map so you'll see them all at once. Personally I would do the latter choice as I think it will give a fair map count by 1 instead of 32 for such a straight forward NES game.
