Mega Man X7 and X8. Also, Command Mission if you've never played it before (although the GCN version was better).
I'd also recommend Mega Man Anniversary Collection and X Collection, but you've probably conquered those already. =P

Brawl and Mario Kart Wii I find sufficiently addictive.
And of course if you haven't played it yet, I highly recommend Twilight Princess. And if you want to scrounge around for a Wii Zapper, I hear Link's Crossbow Training is a nifty time killer as well.
As for GameCube games, meh, too many to list. I think the folks above have chimed in well enough. ;0)

I wonder if anyone's going to take on either one of the daunting FS or FSA maps? =P
Also, mapping the cave systems for the other games sounds like something that could prove very useful indeed. (No matter how much I play Zelda, I always get lost in those caves...)
