Crap! There were no updates this weekend. I wonder why--oh wait, Brawl came out this weekend. ;-P

Other than Brawl and the other thing I had to do, I only got relatively small submissions from two people.  (Apologies to Detonator300 and Will Mallia!)  It was the smallest amount of submissions I'd seen in a while, so I figured that if I ever were to take a weekend off, I might as well take that one!

I didn't actually get to start playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl until 4 PM on Sunday.  On the past weekend I finished the weekend update on 4:30 PM on that Sunday, and it was a much bigger one, so you can't blame it all on Brawl.  :P  At least not the time before then...  >_>

Sure...  :P

Why is "Weekend Update" capitalized?  Is that what you've come to expect from VGMaps.com often enough now that it can be capitalized as if it might as well be referred to as an official title?  It sounds like a weekend news report...

Woohoo, there was an update this weekend! And a good one too--Mega Man X!

@Jon: Actually, I normally always capitalize subjects in threads because I treat them like titles. ;0)

@marioman: Muahahaha! >=D

No update this week either. Must be celebration of easter for everyone, so no one can blame them. I hope Jon can find the time to update on the few following weekdays if its all the same, for there are lot of maps queuing to be put up.

Alleluia, Christ is risen!

Wow, that feels weird to type on a forum devoted to video game maps. Perhaps I'll just stick to the more generic, happy Easter! ;-P

I did get baptised this Easter, so it is kind of a big deal for me...

And no, there may not be an update this weekend.  Apologies.

Strange thing is, it's not so much because of this holiday... [unnecessary, cryptic pause ;P]

I hope this week's update will be big, since we missed two weeks worth. But I wonder how Jon can put up so many maps in one or two days.

No promises!  But I'll try to put up something this weekend.

Again, sorry for the missed updates.  But I'll have freer weekends again soon so if you can bear with me for just a bit longer, I'll be caught up before you know it!

And maybe even have time to make some more front page randomizing thumbnails!  The list of ones I haven't made yet is getting pretty long...

Perhaps you may wish put up one map every night or morning and then a proper update when you get your chance. That way you may be able to tackle the 100 maps in queue, as it doesn't look easy to do them in two free days and nights on a weekend. I suppose a a few minutes at night or morning can't hurt to get a little progress done. But don't worry I'm keeping my patience and not losing it.
