Google is failing me.  Maybe you guys know the answer.

I like tetrominoes (apparently the proper term, not "tetrads" as mentioned in some earlier Tetris games), and I fairly recently bought two "Iceblox" ice cube trays that make tetromino ice cubes (well, not cubes, but you know what I mean) from thinkgeek.com.  Each tray makes two of each tetromino, except only one of each of the the Z- and S- (or reverse-Z-) shapes for some reason.  It got me thinking about them again.

Anyway, it's impossible to fit all seven tetrominoes once each into a 7 x 4 grid.  But I haven't yet figured out (or found on the Internet) if it's possible to fit them all twice in a 7 x 8 grid.  And furthermore, if they can be placed in such a way as to be rotationally symmetrical.  (Or horizontally/vertically.)  Anyone know?
