3D Art inspired by Level Art / Level maps
« on: May 16, 2020, 03:35:52 am »
Hi everyone, it's been years now that I'm enjoying vgmaps, so I wanted first to thank all the actors of the website for the amazing work done. Re-discovering all these childhood memories from a new perspective is just amazing and inspiring. I'm a digital artist making artworks combining 3D and 2D elements using codes of level design and mapping, so i thought you guys may be interest in it :

Don't hesitate to have a look at my other works, and if you know other artists making this kind of approach it will be a pleasure for me to connect and exchange. You can connect with me on :

Hi again gnclt,

As I probably mentioned in our email conversation, these are indeed very impressive.  The limited palette is a sharp design choice.  I can imagine a Metroidvania-style game within those... flying cities?  Definitely cool.
