I am currently a Math Major at my university in Connecticut, as of November 1st 2020. I will be moving to Colorado Springs on December 1st 2020 and will be attending UCCS to finish my BS in Math, and eventually my Masters in Math. My goal is to be a College Math professor. I have been tutoring at my current school in the Math Emporium for a year and a half now and hope to tutor at UCCS once I get there.

I have been tutoring at my current school in the Math Emporium for a year and a half now and hope to tutor at UCCS once I get there.
My favorite thing about tutoring is the look on my students faces when something makes sense for the first time, or when they finally understand a subject they had been struggling with, the sort of "ah ha" moment. Outside of tutoring for the school I have also tutored friends from my time in service as well as my fraternity brothers.
As a math major I have to take a lot of math classes, so far in college I've taken Algebra 2 and PreCalculus both of which I received an A+ in, as well as having passed Calculus 1 and currently taking Calculus 2.
Before I got to college I hated Math and wanted to stay as far away from it as possible. Once I took the time to really study what I was being taught I learned to like it, and hopefully I can help future students not hate it as well.
