Apparently it's simply an edited version of Gear of War.

I was curious as to why something like Ghostbusters was suddenly made into a game after being mostly forgotten for a while. Too bad, it could have been interesting in the right hands. Heck, I regret that the Ghostbusters: Legion comic miniseries was never continued, and it was an interesting alternative to the Real Ghostbusters cartoon as a follow-up to the first movie.
