Map Gab / Pocky & Rocky (SNES)

Thought I'd make a post about my progress mapping Pocky & Rocky. The game only has 6 levels, so it shouldn't take too long finishing all of them. Here is a 'preview' of the first 2 stages.

Stage 3 is nearly finished and I hope to finish the other three before the end of the week, but that mainly depends on rl

Someone said something about mapping Rondo Of Blood in my first topic. I think it was DarkWolf but I'm not sure. I'll just stick to SNES games for now



Pocky & Rocky is the next game I'm going to try and map, so far it seems very doable for me.

Gaming / RE: Nintendo Wii Calculator - how much will you spend?

Well, I live in The Netherlands so I can't really use this calculator. Except for the SNES, I've never bought a console in the first few months that it came out. Most of my friends usually do though, so I tend to go to their place and try some games before I buy it myself

I finished every stage now and uploaded all of them. I connected parts as much as possible and fixed the mistake in stage 4 (thanks Terra). If anyone else sees a mistake or thinks some parts really shouldn't have been combined; let me know. Otherwise I'm gonna send them to Jon tomorrow.

They look great, I remember playing this one a lot back then. Two player mode made it a lot more fun for me and my cousins than the first TMNT.

I hope it's not a problem to open a new topic, since my previous one got deleted yesterday when the board was messed up. If it is, I apologize.



To continue with Revned's comments about the stairs of stage 3, I agree with you that they don't look all that good. So either I keep everything divided on every map or combine where I can (without it looking too awful) and divide the parts that are impossible or too weird to combine. The latter seems favorable since most people like the combined maps best.



Anyway, I finished mapping stages 4, 5 and 6. I've completed most parts of 4', so really only 5' and 7 left to do. Here they are:

VGMaps Social Board / RE: What the heck was that?

I thought something was wrong when I suddenly had 34 next to my name and loads of exp and gold, then a few minutes later I was banned. Sad that people need to hack a forum to get some attention.



Seems he also deleted my first topic, I contested it so I hope it's fixable. I had 1 EXP and 5 Gold afaik.
