Map Requests / CLASH @ DEMONHEAD (NES)
« on: March 27, 2012, 12:26:28 am »

TALKING TIME:

"I only have 1 map request to make for a long, non-linear, super-quirky-fun action game called 'CLASH AT DEMONHEAD'!!

You might have heard of it via reference in the Scott Pilgrim movie. Or maybe you've seen the 'Happy Video Game Nerd' review it before.

Here's a 9-part video walkthrough of this lengthy Vic Tokai NES game from 1989:

Can someone please make a series of maps for all 42 maps???

DOMO ARIGATO!!"

Map Requests / Ghosts 'n Goblins: Gold Knights 1 & 2
« on: February 20, 2012, 04:40:12 pm »
I've noticed that the amount of iPhone/iTouch maps on this site are pretty limited.

Might I suggest two classic Capcom ipone games from the infamous G&G series??:

- Ghosts & Goblins: Gold Knights

- Ghosts & Goblins: Gold Knights II

I would really looove to see both these games mapped out.  ;)

Hey Will, you've been pretty busy with the MM and Killer Instinct mapping lately.

Are you going to be resuming your Quackshot mapping any time soon?? Pretty - please!?

Thank you Will for resuming DarkWolf's 'Quackshot' project on VG-Maps. I love the Transylvanian levels you mapped. Do you plan on uploading the rest of the Mexico levels, like the missing temple levels someday?

P.S. Thanks for uploading the 3rd and 4th Mexico stages on the 20th. I can't wait to see the rest of Mexico, as well as the rest of this adorable, quirky Disney game.

Thanks Will, as always. You did a great job with the desert background at the beginning of stage 3. And stage 4 looks awesome too, which must have been a real challenge due to the autoscrolling and sky color changes during the first part.

BTW, how far along are you with stage 5? I'm dieing to see the final level.

Thanks.

Zetta, out!

Map Requests / Mitsume ga Tooru (The Three Eyed One)
« on: July 07, 2011, 11:16:38 pm »
Has anyone ever heard of a rare NES game based on an obscure old anime from the late 80s called 'Mitsume ga Tooru'??

The main character looks like a cross between Krillin and that three-eyed freak from Dragon Ball. I forgot his name already, haha. The premise of this game is that the Krillin lookalike hero (Hosuke Sharaku) has to save his girlfriend by defeating his lifelong nemesis. Gameplay is like a cross between Jackie Chan and Mega Man, and there are five stages in all.

It's a really cool game, and should be a quick and easy one to map out.

All right, that's good to know.

I too am a big Castlevania series fan and consider this to be a CastleVania game, even though it plays more like a Mega Man game.

Otherwise known as 'Kid Dracula' for the Japanese Famicom, starring the loveable Alucard when he was a squinty-eyed little Majin-Buu faced youngster.

A while back Revned graced this awesome site with the first stage of this game mapped in the NES section. Unfortunately he stopped right there.

Mr. Revned (or anybody else), can you pleeeeease finish off the maps for the next 8 levels???
Thanx!

I see. Well, you did a remarkable job and I think you should post these maps on the front page as is.

WOW! That was pretty quick.

Once again, you have really pulled through and did another great job ripping all five main world maps of Trip World. Thank you very much, TerraEsperz!

As far as I can tell, you did a great job with all of the item locations and starting enemy locations ..... including some of the stronger mid-boss-like enemies. Do you happen to know if there are any mid-point re-spawn entry points along each stage for when your character dies and continues? If you could point those out, that would be terrific.

Thanks Terra!!!!
