It seems local multiplayer is a little lacking due to tracks being designed more for 12-player online multiplayer, the motorbikes are a bit tricky to get used to, and the wheel is a polarising opinion, but it's pretty much everything you'd hope for.

I'm really wondering how Battle Mode is going to turn out. I thought it rather failed in DD, but had been epic on 64.

I said 6 days for Japan and 7 days for Europe and 23 days for Australia, instead of 7 and 8 and 24 respectively, because it's more or less April 4th in those regions, however it's still April 3rd for North America, so it's still 21 dasy left...
