VGMaps Social Board / Re: VGMaps.com site issues - but now, a new host!

Just stopping in to report I cleared up some other issues. Some things which should have been, should now be active.

I enjoyed the old Facebook games, Mafia and Vampire Wars. Probably gave away too much personal information by playing those games.

This has been a quick move, now completely free of Godaddy. It's cool that Jon now has his own server.

Two years on and I saved the forums again :)

Something is messed up, but I'm not sure why. I split the topic. Re-post your message in the old one and I'll delete the split topic and we'll be back in business.

Oh yeah... I can make exceptions, right? Or does it not allow you to bid because of that?

EDIT:
Well, I can change shipping on items without bids, but not others. Ugh. I don't care if they get shipped to Canada.

Hey everyone. I am working hard at keeping a business running and keeping my family in a home. Things are tight though, and I have come to the conclusion that selling some treasures is better in order to take care of my other treasures and the season at hand.

I have listed a couple of items and will be listing more things this week, I hope you take a look.

I don't have any expectations, and I know we all come to these points in life sooner or later. At the very least wish me luck :)

Maybe a party supply store? That's an idea.

There's no saying when the 'PS4' will come out. There are no formal announcements and no developer has stated that they are working with a dev unit. Some developers have target specs, but I'm sure Sony will announce something when Microsoft does, and that won't be this year. At least not at E3. If Nintendo blows everyone out of the water with the WiiU then you'll be sure to see some press from both companies during the summer regarding their new systems.

Point is, I don't see the PS3 coming down in price anytime soon. It does work nicely as a Blu-ray machine, and it upscales DVDs very well. The games are a bit of a perk, too. But if you don't see yourself playing the games then a $100 model will do just as well without many of the bells and whistles. Just make sure you are able to connect it to the Internet to keep the firmware updated.

Too bad you don't need 500 of the cards... lol. Cheaper than buying a printer though!

Are images changing on them? I can do 500 cards (12mil) with variable data (text) for around $100 + tax and shipping. 30mil (thickness like a credit card) is about $130 + tax and shipping. But these cards will be full bleed full color.

If just names change we could just do 16 names, leave the rest blank... you could use the blanks to show random people or something... IDK.

I know its a bit more than what you were thinking, but I'm throwing it out there for you to consider as a backup.

Message Board Announcements / Re: Spammers

I didn't see this before. Its an interesting idea, so we'll see how it goes. The problem of course is that IP addresses change all the time for spammers. And they just spoof good ones, so its possible a real person is going to get blocked.

I am playing Portal 2 on the PS3, though you don't say which version you have... I would love to do some online co-op with anyone interested. I guess the PS3 version is compatible with the PC one as I can add Steam accounts to my list of friends...

Got Goldeneye or Monster Hunter or Conduit 1? We'll have to schedule a time to play online.

Sadly the original site is gone and the wayback machine didn't get it all, but here's what we're really thinking.

I had someone give me an excel file thinking they were all smart or something when I had to convert it into a database. It's still a nightmare for me.
